Flatpack Cabinetry Made In NZ, Shipped To Fiji
This project demonstrates Montage’s ability to manufacture and deliver complete joinery packages beyond New Zealand. Designed, manufactured, and flat packed in Hamilton, the joinery was carefully packaged and shipped to Fiji for installation.
The scope included a custom kitchen, scullery, wardrobes, bathroom vanities, bed headboards, and interior doors, providing a consistent design theme throughout the home. The kitchen combines dark timber-look cabinetry with large stone surfaces to create a modern, resort-style aesthetic suited to its tropical surroundings.
By manufacturing the project in New Zealand and supplying it as a flatpack package, the client was able to access high-quality custom joinery while simplifying freight and installation logistics. The completed home showcases how custom-made joinery can be successfully delivered and installed anywhere in the Pacific.
