All appliances supplied through Montage are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, and warranty claims and servicing are handled directly through Heathcote’s Hamilton branch. If you experience any issue with an appliance during its warranty period, please contact Heathcote’s Hamilton directly and they’ll arrange assessment, repair, or replacement as required. Please keep your invoice as proof of purchase, as it may be needed to validate any warranty claim. If you’re unsure who to contact or need a hand getting started, feel free to reach out to us and we’ll happily point you in the right direction.

This means anyone currently working with us on a kitchen or joinery installation project, or who has previously had a Montage kitchen installed. If you’re not sure whether you qualify, please get in touch and we’ll happily confirm.

We display a limited range of appliances on our website to showcase some of our more popular choices and the great pricing we can offer our clients. This is not our full catalogue. If there’s an appliance you’d like priced that isn’t shown here, just contact us and we’ll quote it for you.

How purchasing works. Rather than paying online, you send us an enquiry through the “Request an Invoice” option. Once we receive it, we’ll confirm current availability and pricing, work out delivery costs, and then send you an invoice to complete your purchase. Nothing is charged until you’ve confirmed and we’ve sent that invoice.
